Early Days in the UK

Melrob was established in 1995 to service the contact lens and medical device industry sectors.

Expansion

In 2003 the company relocated to Horsham, West Sussex, to accommodate the expansion of the business into other industry sectors. A sales office in Congleton near Manchester was implemented in 2007 and relocation of the Horsham offices into a purpose built Business Park at Maidenbower near Gatwick Airport, took place in December 2008.

Japan

Melrob Japan was launched in 2007 to source products for sale into UK markets and distribution within Japan and the Far East.

Europe

In 2008 Melrob Europe GmbH was established in Ubach-Palenberg, to enable us to service our growing business within the Benelux and German territories.

Singapore

Melrob Singapore Pte is our latest operation. It will allow us to extend our business into Asia and thus provide exciting opportunities for the UK and European Markets.

Focus

Our sales activity is very much that of industry specialists servicing customer needs. Utilising this knowledge we source products from a wide cross section of chemical producers.
